Cloud Strife - This one is available on every CD once you have access in Gold Saucer, you go inside the Battle Arena (I don't remember if that was the correct name but it's pretty similar.) and you need a specific amount of points I believe 32,000?

@MarioIsaGreen Tifa - This on is available on CD 2 - 3, and you are required in playing a specific sequence on a piano which is found inside her house in Nibelheim.

Red XIII - This one is found inside Shinra Mansion inside a safe on the second floor (Be warned there is a powerful enemy inside and if not prepared correctly you will probably die.)

Cid - Located in the downed Gelnika plane off the coast of the Gold Saucer.

Also I read this from somewhere online, it was a guide on Chocobo Breeding to get a Gold Chocobo. There's a Island with two shorelines on each side to the northeast of Mideel. Go along the Shorelines and fight Sea Worms. They give you 5k gil and 200 AP, awesome if you need gil if you haven't mastered an All Materia, or if you need alot of AP. Special Thanks to the person that recommended that Island.

@marquise02119 Higher level Materia sells for more (a lot more) than level 1 Materia. Also if you master a Materia, it spawns a level 1 copy of itself. So just grind a bit and master some All materias, sell them, and you'll have plenty of money soon enough.

I'm playing FFVII on a PS3, and I've heard that if you max out your timer you won't be able to breed gold chocobos anymore. Is this true? Can anyone explain this to me please?

I've never even played FFVII, but I may be able to help you. In FFII, at least, the timer is critical to the RNG or Random Number Generator. At maxed-out timer, it becomes very difficult to get any different numbers for anything random in the game.

Perhaps in this game you need different random numbers in order to breed the gold chocobo?

After you master an All materia you can make it "Spawn" by battling with a mastered All in your armor or weapon as long as it has growth ability.

Nope, Barret's weapon does more damage the more materia with lots of AP he has equiped.

There's no weapon in FFVII that works with the formula "the lower the health, the higher the damage" (Although in FFX Auron's celestial weapon works that way. Maybe you are confused with that?).

If you talk to the guy in front of the gate to Sector 5 he says something like he lost his key when he went to an archeological expedition. So that key to Secotr 5 at Bone Village is most likely his lost key.
