  • I'm trying to learn this, but after the l-sit my technique gets messed up and it turns into a skin the cat rather than a handstand. The length of your rings is really long too so that must have been way hard to do.

  • Thats very nice. I train the handstand on rings but I cant do it very well because I bend my arms to much. can you give me some tips, please?! Sorry for my bad English ;)

  • just do loads of stuff on your hands, handstand walking, handstand pressups and obviously practice getting into that position on the rings. start small going down an inch and then 2 inches etc etc etc
