Life is more like soccer, when something happens, then time will not stop for you, just carry on. Also we can try as hard as we can to get one goal down, but we can get more goals if we go with the flow and take any opportunity that comes our way.
i like how u are talking about the quarters but wat if everyone is not rich and they cant retire how u do but the baby boomers arent retire because they make more then they retire so why wont they retire
@sukixiong About the quarters, what if not everyone sees life like a football game?I think it's the lamest sport ever created and not really something worth comparing my life to. That's why I put up my comment about life being more like soccer, which is true. Like in soccer, the clock doesn't stop everytime you fall down. It keeps ticking when you're still going through painful moments and depends on what you do with the rest of your time.
That is so true. I always thought about doing what I like and doing it for life, kind of being the Self-employed artist, or the Earned freelance illustrator, which is great because then I get to do it all my life while earning money for it. But Robert's simple division of quarter-lives made me realize, man, we don't have all the time in our lives! Why not invest in something else in the beginning and THEN do what we love and treat that as an asset/passive income! Robert rocks!
Actually (part 2), he's giving you the formula for being rich/wealthy and it's up to you to USE IT. If you don't, or if you don't learn the formula from someone else who is rich, yeah you'll be lucky to make some money, hops

In his Rich Dad book alone he presents various formulas for being successful in various markets (not just "book-selling" all by itself). Hell, if you catch on, he gives you the formula for selling books world-wide too...
@themuthasback As a side note, I've overheard people speaking before about making money off of writing a famous book, and they said that the money you earn is hardly enough to pay the rent. It's everything else that you make money off of: the fame, the speeches, etc.

That is so true.
