when you hear 80 knots you gotta deactivate reverse thrust and have emgines to idle.when you see 30 knots you realease autobreak (set to dissarm and then to off) and then taxi with aroun 15 GS at runway and 12 GS at taxiway and 9 GS on turns  *GS=GroundSpeed

I realize that you used the reverse thrust twice, you were just kidding, but you also stopped completely, you can't do that, you deactivate reverse thrust when you hit 60 knots.

set thrust to idle and disengage spoilers as soon as you slow down to 60 kts then use brakes and when you are about 15 kts exit the runaway - never stop on rwy unless its emergency landing ;p

It's cos the 747-400F has a shorter upper deck than the passenger version, making it look like an older model

you need PMDG 747-400 add on 747-400 for that. default 747 is not the real thing at all...
