@TheDeepEndDesign I have a 2009 myself. The difference, particularly the interior is night and day. It's like going from a $14,000 car to a $30-35,000 car in terms of fit and finish, materials, and design. I was so impressed with the new Focus

I like the grille, but the overall design is a bit too boy-racer copy of the EVO? The lights are cool and tail is good. Focus has very balanced proportions, but still not as good as German designs. The center console is really bad! Transformer-like. There's always something cheesy about Ford cars.  This would have been a giant step had they understood how to design the interior controls/dash.

im a ford man, but that front! erh. the top grill has no surround and looks very "90s". sure it looks agressive but do want to wake up to a agressive looking car everyday ? the sport model of any car should be agressive i guess but the base modle should be easy on the eye and this (the front) isnt. i like the rest of the design and the build quality. id rather hav a mondeo or a taurus or a FPV GTE with the blowen 5ltr cyote quad cam alloy v8, 335kwts factory!!! wooop

@TorontoBoi it all comes down to cost. the cost of petrol is cheap and the cost to build is cheap. would u buy a elecrtic car that has a quarter the range, cost twice as much and takes 4 hours 2 charge... na me neither (altho it it ultimatly the future of auto)
