Gloria, I know life is hard, and it is easy to lose Hope and Faith. So I try and find happiness in the little things. I don't just see the negative in things when they happen to me...for instance, if I can't pay my cell phone bill and it gets shuf off...I think "well, thank you God, there must be someone that you don't want to reach me at this time" because...you know what Gloria! in a couple days or so... I know and I always find the money to get it back on...so why stressed when it happens.
I used to think like this naturally! whatever happened to find myself so unhappy now that I can hardly bring myself up to watch this stuff again and hoping it will work...
there is no void like loosing your faith in all...even this....

Keep your opinion about what you "think" Jesus is about to yourself. To humble yourself does not mean you cannot affirm that you "make friends easily" can you not see that this is a practical way to resolve personal fears? Your love and belief in Christ is misplaced. Money is insignificant, GO AHEAD AND LIVE WITHOUT MONEY! The love of money is sin, the worship of money, but desiring money to be able to fulfill your purpose on earth, be it get that education or start a charity requires money!
I agree with you, the secret kind of threw me off on that. But what if a person were to use that belief to receive money for Charities and other good things. Like myself. I want money to buy food for shelterless animals in my community.....is that wrong?

I agree with you, the secret kind of threw me off on that. But what if a person were to use that belief to receive money for Charities and other good things. Like myself. I want money to buy food for shelterless animals in my community.....is that wrong?

This video is all about "me". Jesus does not preach self-esteem. He teaches to humble ourselves, not to show the world that you can make friends easily, nor does he say that we can rely on ourselves. Jesus is made perfect before man, we are nothing compared to Him. Money is insignificant and is not to be put between man and God. Man cannot reach everything, only God can. Without God, the Father of Jesus, I can do nothing. Christians do you agree with me?

I have a tremendous respect for your input and an even greater respect for God's word in the Holy Bible (NIV). In response to the idea of self-esteem, Chrisians live by faith that "A true believer denies himself daily, takes up his cross, is crucified with Christ—and yet he lives, with his life being in Christ by faith" as mentioned in Matthew 16:24 and Galatians 2:20. I did not state that, God did.

Therefore, if God is the Creator of all, and we, His children, were made in his image, then we too create everyday by what we think, imagine, and visualise. It all comes to pass in the physical plane of existence. I imagined my friend getting a kidney transplant after having been on a waiting list for 10 years. He got one, out of the blue after I visualised him at the hospital getting a kidney. It works!

Everyone beleives in the same magnificent God form. Religions just attempt to categorize it and create rules.
God is everything and everywhere. It doesn't matter how you try to know God, but you must have a way. Religions, teachings, mantras, meditiation, prayer etc etc are all just methods for gaining understanding of the universal God form.
