absolutely! I am very proud of his success since leaving Soad. I am a fan of Soad's music, but Serj was most of the reason I dug it.

I am proud to have shook his hand in the late 90's (I think) in House of Blues Myrtle Beach and tell him that his lyrics had changed my life. It was a joke at the time, but it is definately had the most impact of any other group. I don't agree with some of his politics, but respect his heartfelt beliefs.
