gta4 happiness island and water glitch

woah i just did it i took like 2 seconds then i fell down into the water and like teleported to algonquin it was weird

dont go under the dock to the left or u better have and rpg because ur trap and theres no way out. there are about 5 places under there that u can stand and shoot and u can also go in some rocks
