Hold on a sec, If Zeus dug Kratos out of Hades so he could kill Ares by opening Pandora's Box, why is he afraid of Kratos later on for doing so with the box.

Or didn't Zeus know Kratos would use the box?

Well, in Greek mythology, everyone went to Hades. But where they are in the underworld depends on who they are. If they're normal, they're kept in a really dull looking place. If they're bad, they end up in Tartarus. If they're good, they're in this field where they have a lot of food and parties.

Wait, in this game its mentioned that Ares and Athena are Zeus' kids. But (SPOILER WARNING) it mentions in God of War 2 that Kratos is Zeus' only son. So, how can Ares be Zeus' son too?

There was...

Tartarus. (Hell)

Elysian Fields. (Heaven)

and I can't remember the last one's 'official' name, but for now we'll just call it That Place for Unremarkable People. :/
