What floor exercises do you do because I just started my weight loss journey yesterday and my starting weight is 329 and I have lower back problems and I am currently doing exercises to make it feel better. I want to start walking again.

Deal. I say let's do it. I am still lossing just not as fast as the begining. I am really trying to do it the right way/ Some days I want to skip meals to speed the process but it will only make it harder to keep off later. Alright 10lbs 3 weeks. Let's fo this!!!
