  • I thought that it was good to be able to do chin ups even thow I can't master that yet. But I need to get me some of those bars you have and do pull ups.Thanks for sharing.

  • it may be... it depends on the person. some people can start with pull-ups if their strength to weight ratio is there, some people will have to start with negatives, some can start here with Equalizer rows or lat pull-downs. For many the latter would be the safest and most effective start.
