@MCRProductions09 Farmhouse - best album cover to cover; Billy Breathes #2; Junta has the best jams; Slip Stitch and Pass is an incredible live album; they have a series of live albums released about 1999, #06 is my fav; Hoist has some interesting stuff, including a love song with Allison Krause doing a duet with Trey that's as beautiful a song as you'll ever hear. After that, just buy their complete studio works, and start in on the billions of live recordings available.

Billy Breathes is one of the best Phish albums, after the old stuff of course, hoist and a picture of necter, along with a long list of covers and ancient phish songs. It doesn't take a whole lot to rhyme words and create a hip hop song, considering half the time there's no composed harmony.

The amount of effort put into a Phish song, or a jazz composition is much greater than that of just about any genre since the 80's. This, regardless or opinion, is a fact. And in my opinion this is much more respectable, talent ought to be rewarded.
