@TheRevSRB 1st - thanks for watching. 2nd - Impressive you even could see that! 3rd - if you watch the whole video key point #2 says, "keep your eyes open as long as you can". It's a natural reaction to close your eyes when the ball hits you. Even pros in action pics have their eyes closed when the ball hits them. 4th - No reason to be disrespectful and call me a name.

@magician4912 glad my advice helped! Sorry you didn't make the team. That stinks! Good for you for trying. Now you have no regrets! Keep your head up, your not the first player not to make a team! I didn't make some teams I tried out for as a youth player! Keep enjoying the game and keep working hard, you will improve!

ok i have one problem i usually mess up my headers like it hits my face and how do i direct my headers for me its hard im not the person you would see dominating in the air

@zmojofoot76 practice this video then for heading technique. Keep your eyes open longer. For directing headers, point your head in the direction you want the ball to go as your hitting it.

Players/Coaches from all over the world (including Europe) watch these training videos because they want to learn. Every topic does teaching videos; cooking, fishing, math, writing, etc. Not everyone just knows things without learning them. That is why they and myself included watch tutorial videos.
