A little bit before I go on stage, I like to either listen to my music on my ipod or whatever the venue is playing and jump around and dance silly. It warms up my body and mind (esp. since I dance 99% improv), and focuses my nerves into my dancing so that they just melt away. Get a few stares, but it's completely worth it.
