@devinh11 no u NEED rocket boots, u get them by being an engineer, slow fall can be attained using noggenfogger or the engineering cloak

You are able to unstuck behind the wall and get to this still in patch 3.3.5

it's not the old outland but the arcan dream

Actually this place used to be called Deadmines secret and Old outland was a different place. but i heard that old outland doesn't exist anymore, as this place still does

@McCoolz29 unfortunately no, u can almost make it, but not close enough. U get the rocket boots schematics (or whatever it is) by running the mechanar. I got it the first time, just me and a non healer preist.
