I tried to sleep with 1 foot on the floor this past week in Denver. I had the bedspins...I guess it worked. I forgot about the hand on a flat surface. Why do I even do this show if I'm not going to remember what I preach?
I guess YouTube is becoming the new MySpace. I'm hearing from more than one person that something is wrong and they can't RATE or COMMENT on this video. Then again...you can see THIS comment, can't you? Weird...keep trying, folks!

I love the "allowed by". I think the "put your hand on a level object to stop the room from spinning" needs to be retested with this video!
