microsoft rms is terrible!!! do not buy this program!!! We have spent thousands of dollars only to find that the program is unable to do the most basic of functions and desirable reports

What "basic" functions is the software lacking? As for reports, you know you can customize your own reports within the software or have one created with Crystal Reports? With the ability to customize RMS, it gives the retailer great flexibility to have the features they most desire if not currently available out of the box. Keep in mind, this is software created for a variety of vertical markets, so it is expected not every little feature for specific industries will be included.
