@xiamik6 I used the regular brush tool for most of the colors. The bright yellow in the eyes I think was the work of the dodge tool. Some of the colors were softened using the smudge tool.
wow amazing like magic, I usually just color the line art in and use the dodge and burn tools on one layer. But then again I'm bad at eyes. This way is very good if there is not much detail on the line art.
