The only thing that could be made "perfect" about this is the timing. But it is the imperfection of human timing itself that makes it aesthetically perfect. It's a beautiful contradiction of the natural and unnatural. Hearing Mozart played by a computer (i.e. in a Japanese department store bathroom) is a horrible experience to say the least.

There's no point waffling on about the music being public domain. The performance/recording by that particular orchestra is protected and subject to license fees: For 50 years from recording date if the recording was made in Europe, or 95 years if it was recorded in the USA post 1972.
