Perfect, I love your videos. Could you possibly list the recording equipment you use? I want to start micing and recording my drums, never done it in my 10 yrs of playing and not sure where to start. Thanks!

I use a Roland SI-24 (Discontinued), Logic Pro for Windows (2003 software), (5) Shure mics, (2) Audio Technica overheads, and a computer.

sorry for the delay! I've been playing since 1994. I don't know how to get more views on my videos. I don't know what the trick is.

they aren't actually muffled. I think it's just the way I processed them this time around. The heads are free of contact with anything that would stop them from ringing, except for the bass drum of course. I do have a ½ inch of bedding foam lined for the bottom half of the bass drum.

Beau........This is definately my favorite out of the 3 parts to this solo. I loved part one, and still do. But WOW, you are unbelievable in part 3. I have been watching part 3 for the last 30 minutes, rewinding certain parts over and over again. Just to see how you do it. Plust I have a Kick Ass Pair Of Headphones and A Kick Ass Sound card in my comp that has a surround sound 3-D option that is designed for my head phones. A perfect comp to your mics and sound edititng.
