You should make a vid about the Spyder III Pro Arctic Series lighting something practical like a fire pit. Seems that everyone wants to light only matches. We have seen that a million times. If you could get to lighting something new that would be worth me subscribing for, it would be much appreciated.

@AMadNinja I don't have an Arctic, sadly. I've got a 1W 445 that I built, well 1W when I get some decent optics. I also have a spare diode. Maybe I'll make a video once I get a decent camera :D

i mean i know its great but lol still its not all that great when u think about it. you cant really use it in public cause like u could really blind somone and its quite hefty to carry probably. get like a 20k scanner

I already have a 130mW 20k scanner, an argon, two HeNes, two green pointers and this.

A CO2 laser is harder to carry in public, and it's invisible too. I'd rather get a yellow laser or a nice 457nm blue. Or a bigger argon. But I'm not sure yet that I'll sell this. Kind of disrespectful to WL.

Actually it is, try jamming a 500mW module inside a pocket stick and run it for two minutes constant with no mode hopping.

Of course you can't compare portable lasers to lab lasers, it's like comparing pigs with bananas.
