I'm sorry but u kept saying mms text messeging, txt and mms isnt the same thing so mms txt messeging is mms with txt but I think your trying to say just mms messeging and since this is an old video I probably safely say this doesnt support ios 4.0 and up

try reinstalling the app. and reseting your network settings if you are using tmobile do a search in cydia for t-mobile postpaid and download that and try again.
