Allied Barton Security is the worst security company by far...mistreatment of security guards..poor benefits...low pay...Actually seen managers lie to guards about raises after the guards found out that client shelled out more for the raises. Also seen flyers posted that no days off allowed cept for death in family.
Allied Barton worst company to work for or hire as Security. I wouldn't recommend those bums to no one. Low pay, bad benefits, decitful, controlling, etc.. 6 years with them and their no good. Save yourself people from I LIED BARTON!
LOL. What a joke... Seriously folks. Just as an example of how they operate... I know of an officer who had been shot. The first thing they did when they found out about it is call another officer to cover for him. His relief arrived before the ambulance arrived. They later fired him because he was taking too much time off for medical treatment which they didn't pay for.
If you enjoy being treated like shit, work for them. Like working holidays? Great. Like crappy health insurance? Great. Like no vacays? Great. Like being lied to? Great. Low pay and no advancement (except for friends)? Great. DARE TO BE GREAT!
Terrible company to work for. They will have you in a parking lot in a high crime ghetto. Call you in the middle of the night (3 AM) to fill someones shift who did not show. Cheap uniformes with 5 dollar pants to wear. Dirty posts to man. There ghetto employees fight and argue with there co workers. High turn over rates due to workers being fired every month. No one is too fat or old for them to hire.
"Dare to be Great" has to be the stupidest slogan I have ever heard. It is an oxymoron. "dare" is a word with negative connotations and "great" is a word with positive connotations. When you dare someone, you are defying them to do something which is not likely or near impossible. This company must have a low opinion of their employees.
The district office personnel in Deerfield Beach,FL has absolutely no respect for the Security Officers and they lie constantly. They truly believe that everyone is stupid. Had scheduled to pick up firearm from Rick Root to carry on-site and he failed to show up to the office 3 times making me waste time and gas making 3 lenghty road trips in vain. The health insurance they offer is a scam and all that money is taken out of your check and funneled right back into the company!!
Great company to hire ! 12 years of having them on board and no problems ,they are very professional ! never caught them sleeping on the job, easy to work with, highly recommended!

I've worked for 5 security firms and of all of them AlliedBarton was the worst. Them come into you city/town make the same promises about keeping former staff and fire everyone and replace them. In Milwaukee alone under the direction of Michael Polenzani and Frank Berry we saw 15+ great guards go at one installation alone. As long as they can drive their new cars and go home to their rich houses they don't care about you at the end of the day....
DONT JOIN THEM!!! THEY SUCK!!!! THEY WILL SIMPLY FIRE YOU WHEN THE CONTRACT HAS EXPIRES FOR THE CLIENT. NO JOB SECURITY. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY AND BLAME IT ON THERE "win team" system.
@Security98 Speaking of which, my whole dorm hall applied to them one night out of boredom they never even fucking responded to any of us and at least half of us really wanted jobs there and we're qualified.
