@gaycowboy31 I was in this area of Fuxin during the morning of 15th December 2009. I was with a small group of rail enthusiasts on a Farrail tour led by Bernd Seiler.
@blackthorne57 yah I was there about the same time but with a tour group called GW travel and we were traveling around China on a Luxury Train(not that fancy to me)called the Shangra La Orient Expres stopping in various parts of China seeking out running steam such as this we stoped in quite few places including Harbin for 2 foot coal hauling railway in the mountains but this service facility was amazing to see
