Use " between C:/ (or the path you installed it in) and at the end of .exe. So for example:

"C:/...MaxPayne2.exe" -developer

Worked for me! (Windows 7)

soo go to shortcut copy into the game directori..right click properties than in shortcut bar in target section typ : "what ever the directori is \MaxPayne2.exe" -developer and save it...i had no problems with it ;) i hope i helpt you..if not ill send you the shortcut ;)

@riped01 Actually it does, its the ~ that doesn't work and to solve that you go to "Computer" than on a tab list you click on "System Properties" than "Device Manager" Than "Human Interface Devices" And uninstall "Microsoft eHome Infrared Transceiver" And it will work. Hope this helped.
