One thing I would say though is that on the chorus when you sing I-ee-I, but you hold the C chord, I personally think it sounds better to switch to the G on the second "I", and then sing "feeling like I belong" over Em, D. I think Tracy plays (C)I-ee (Em)I, got a (D) feeling that I... I'm guessing this was just a choice you made from personal preference though, so don't take it as a criticism.
