WiiTrev, playing this game on the saturn console when it came out, I can tell you that there are over 20 "built-in" remixes that are played in the game every time you re-visit the action stage...it would be very hard to find them since probably nobody has recorded them

You would think that one could play this game best with a joystick, or a 3D control pad, but actually I'm much more used to playing this with the classic 8 directional flatpad on the saturn.

If you have an older (late 2006-early 2007) model, those have very good backwards compatibility. Since backwards compatibility with PS2 (but not PS1) games is a bit sketchy on later models, due to them using software emulation instead of hardware emu,

No, and I doubt we'll ever see it. I grabbed the very last copy of the game and hardcover storybook from NCSX a few weeks ago, but don't have a modded or Japanese PS2 to play it on yet. :\
