I used that gun in an airsoft skirmish against 7 people, I only had one person on my side (he was a sniper though).

So I used his spare gun, that SMG and I was unstopable with it, I was one guy making 7 running away. I became Rambo there.

there are subtleties to the rules, if ur under 21 u MUST MUST have it. over 21, you cant branish it in public or anything stupid like that without the orange tips, but u are kinda aloud to have it with a black tip

Yeah, I am sure they are very easily painted black, it just seems a bit excessive to me. Then again, we don't have the kind of weapons culture you do. We primarily own and use hunting rifles and shotguns. Anything full-auto and most 2-handed firearms with magazines / semi-auto is forbidden. Several people have seen me outside of my house etc. with my CA MP5, and they've all naturally assumed it was an air-gun, even though it looks identical to the one used by the police special forces in Norway.

Decent looks but no better than ICS.

The CA Mp5 lacks trademarks (B&T isn't a proper mp5 trademark). The foregrip looks frail and wobbles a bit, it's also very hard to fit a battery in it (if you have a folding stock).

Reinforced gearbox is nice, internals are otherwise rather mediocre.

The build quality of the CA MP5 and G36 series is quite poor. The fire selector is prone to falling off etc, many poor design decisions overall. It's also difficult to disassemble and assemble.

i dont mean to burst your bubble, but i own a CA G36, and it is one of the most reliable guns i have ever used. The stock internals are great. the only problem at all is the pin falling out of the handguard, otherwise, great gun.

I've yet so see my mates' chinese gun break apart, their CA guns however have all had problems. Weird noises, burned fuses, stocks falling apart.

The handguard of my mp5 had to be glued together again (the handguard is awful).

Have you opened the gun and looked at the internals? The only thing that's nice about them is the reinforced gearbox and that CA barrels are a little tighter than most others (you'll need to replace it later anyway though).

Wellp, if I remember right I bought a 3,000 MaH

8.4 V battery. make sure you know the battery will fit in your MP5.

Your battery should go in the hand grip area, mine went in the stock.

classic army is renowned for their crazy durability. unless you absolutely abuse it. it will still fire. most of the more decent ones (this one for example) can be submerged for short periods of time. (so they say) i woudn't test it out but i have never seen a broken Classic army

dude totally depends on the make of the gun and what ur surroundings are. If ur in CQB than i would say a G&G MP5 is awesome, if ur looking for a premium grade weapon, but if ur in mid range, than the M4 is a better choice.

The "But" is called a stock and the "cocker" is called a cocking lever, the "flash light" is called a light tactical forearm and the real MP5 has a plastic hand grip not metal. btw your fire selector switch looks broken because most of those dont do that, I have the classic army B&T MP5/A4 and the selector is fine on mine. This gun is authenticly weighted also, which you didnt mention and with the battery is approxamatly the same weight as the real deal.

hey i just got a CA MP5... it works pretty good... but on the high cap mag, it seems like I have to wind it every 20 bbs (I'm not exaggerating). Is this normal? I have 2 high caps and both behave the same way. Once it stops firing bbs, i wind it ~15 times and they shoot for another 20.

Oh yeah, and the mag wobbles in the cartridge even though it can't be pulled out once its stuck in. Is that normal as well?
