i am from amritsar 20kms from wagha border....... almost 10 yrs pakistan never use to have even sitting arrangement for their people there on border people use to stand without drinking water and electricity...... i am talking of around 2001.....believe me see any old videos....... on other hand since 1990 india has proper street lights and 4 lane highway with latest facilities available....
