The only issue I have with this is that Annie doesn't seem to "creep up" on Finnick; from the start, they have chemistry and if I didn't know anything else about the story, I would still know they'd be together by end. Otherwise, this is amazing.

The only reason she won the Hunger Games that one year was because out of all the others,she was able to swim, when that tidal wave (i think) came.
