  • thank u so much

  • heyy mann, not everybody knows how to write the script

  • If you search on ebay. You can find a $1 something Tiny Usb Dongle and a wireless sensor bar for around $4. I'm using both of them for the Dolphin emulator and it works flawlessly

  • I use eeepc and when i try connecting a wiimote to my pc i cant skip help!!!!!!!

  • Back when Bluetooth connectors cost 20 dollars.

  • I really want to get this working, but it won't work. At first the wii remote blinked all 4 buttons after I got it connected, but it wouldn't stop blinking 4 buttons. After that, every time I connect it it immediately shuts off or the 1 and 4 player lights shine, and shortly after they shine the remote shuts off and I have to start all over again.

  • How would I get this on a mac running windows? I'm using bootcamp to run it.

  • How do u use it with the sensor bar? and Glovepie, isn't picking up my Wiimote inputs. The first and last led on my Wiimote just lights up and I think it is frozen until I disconnect BT. I'm using Vista btw,

  • Can I download your script somewhere?

    -Nice vid btw!

  • Why does there have to be a code? wtf is this mystery code? is there maybe a different version of bluetooth that doesnt ask? if so please send link!

  • you have a very beautiful voice... :P

  • Do you need the sensorBar to move the cursor?

  • @Mr8bitgamer no get glovePIE

  • I cant skip the pairing process, both my computers keep asking me for the code, which appears not to be on the wiimote or the packaging. why does yours, and every other machine on youtube skip this part?

  • @zilial I have this problem too

  • please send me the code i need it please im new to glovepie please

  • Can someone please tell me how to get past the password check when connecting the wiimote?!?!?!?!?!?! my pc (running xp) doesnt have the skip button. i HAVE to put in a code.

  • i have the same problem , how did u resolve it? i am using windows XP.

  • Same problem here only I'm running Vista. I have a screenshot if you need any information.

  • duz a cellphone work as a blutooth addapter?....cuz teh fone i hve has usb input and blutooth

  • Hi and thanks for the tutorial!

i did everything right (i think). the pc recognizes the wii remote but:

i doesn't work for me! maybe because i didn't find the correct scriptes! please help!

    thanks!

  • $2 for mine =) (bluetooth adapter)

  • I've just heard this, but you only have to use a light or something. You don't actually need a USB sensor bar.

  • is the wiimote supposed to keep blinking after it is connected

  • it's common, but you may need some powerful batteries

  • Glovepie freezes whenever I press the run button, or go to GUI or Variables.

  • what is the thing on the top of your screen it was like another computer... how did you get that.

  • Do you really need that sensor bar? How come the Bluetooth Dongle itself isn't enough? Most people don't use any sensor bar and it works just perfectly.

  • the mouse doesn't get full-on response as a wiimote. with a sensor bar, it makes it responsive as it should be

  • fuck sake u never sed about a sensor bar u rasist england dont have stupid rtadio shack

  • Well google how to make one. Duh.

  • oh yeah, everyone have to explain in addition to how they do it; how it could be done in "england"(UK!), otherwise they're racist. Nice logic, douchebag.

  • where do i get a sensor bar?

  • WHERE I FIND A PC SENSOR BAR FOR BUY?

  • l2 make it

  • fuck i don't have all that shit

  • I have a custom sensorbar + wii-controller+ a USB Bluetooth. and if I want to use the wii controller as pc mouse or something do I have to write my own script for that?

  • how do I create a script? I use a sensor bar, my wii remote flickers indicating that it's connected, but i dont know how to use GlovePie

  • Will the original sensor bar included in the wii work with this?

  • will this work with a mac???

  • iosysred i've tired to get this to work counless times i've even tried wiinremote but i can't get any input from my wii remote.

I can get as far as paring it to my computer and installing the HID drivers but for some reason when i try to detect input from the GUI interface in GlovePIE i dont get a response

i think my wii remote isn`t responding to GlovePIE because the blue lights on the wii remote don`t flicker along the path of the wiimote which indicates its responding to GlovePIE.

    help!!

  • man you are great !!! tnx a lot

  • And I so did not begin to do, because it is senseless!

  • can i use a wirelss sensor bar??

  • okay... i downloaded glovePIE and i startied itt and itt hadd no scripts :( can you send me an pm with the scripts you use? pliz! :)

  • One question. I saw that you were able to use the numchuk, will i be able to use the Classic controller if i hook it up and set up the script?

  • yup

  • i dont care about your video but what kind of bluetooth usb adapter do you have?

  • where can you get the scripts?

  • Hey, I ALWAYS get stuck on the passkey stage. i have no option to skip that step as i have a belkin bluetooth device and i use the driver that came with it. it worls great on vista but not XP any advice? please respond

  • can you still use the wii remote for the wii even though you ve got it installed on the pc?

  • yes, you are only 'pairing' the Wii Mote to the PC temporarily.

Once you disconnect, you should be able to access the Wii fine.

  • can u post a vid showin how u made ur sensor bar???? cuz urs look really convinient ....

  • ...Can you send be the program you are useing for n64 wii or is there an easy way to set it up?

ohhh and what if i have 4 wii motes and i wana do project 64 with my friends and say... play super smash brothers,? does it have secondary controls?

  • Can you play Spider Man Friend-OR-Foe with the numchuck and the Wii Remote. But i know you need a Computer Logetich Controller to play Spider Man Friend-Or-Foe.

  • COOL!

  • Hey there i need a sensor bar that can sit on the top of my LCd screen..(22 inch)..

Got any ideas where i can buy that?

Also what's a decent bluetooth dongle usb for a desktop computer

  • do u need the sensor bar if u do OMFG!!!!!

  • yes you do, how else would your computer receive the motions of the wii mote?

  • buy a frekin bluetooth adapter!!!!

  • dragonedd124,

a bluetooth adapter only transmits the signals FROM the wii mote. in order for the wii mote to receive the signal, you need to transmit IR rays

  • omg, does gloveoie work with windows vista?

  • How do you make the cursor move with the wiimote's motion, rather than it's pointer????????

  • Heya, i want to play World of Warcraft with Wiinremote, but there are some things that arent clear yet...like how to fully connect to my Computer, i have a bluetooth adapter yes...

    I downloaded Wiinremote and GlovePIE.

But its still in discovery mode.

I just still dont get it fully.

  • PS: im using the Sensor Bar from the Wii itself, is that a problem? I HOPE NOT hehe...

  • if it is the orginal one, yes, it is a problem because the ir leds are not on. See the wii sensor bar is hooked up to the wii, yet no information is being sent. it just use's the wii as a power source to power on the led's.so you'll either need to use candles, a lamp or other light, or a wireless sensor bar

  • OMFG do you have to have a bluetooth???

I dont want to waste money buyin a bluetooth i just wanna do somethin different

  • Yes, you need a bluetooth adapter if your computer doesn't have one built in. There's no other way to communicate with the Wiimote

  • awesome!!!!!!

  • awesome!!!!!!

  • buy the Wii and save ur mind!

  • Can I play without a sensor bar but

  • do you get the sensor bar with your wii remote control

  • you can just use the sensor bar that wii gived you... but you need to buy the adaptar that changes it to the usb. which is 5 pound--> 10 dollar

  • Oh, and another thing, this is probably stupid to ask, but I seriously don't know... Could I use the sensor on my laptop itself? It has the black IR light thingy or whatever. Like, not a light, but the thing you point your tv remote at for example.

  • Okay sorry, so this is probably a stupid question, but all I'd need to actually use it with applications (like video games) is just a bluetooth usb adapter device? I see you have a sensor, but you said "to use it as a pointer", I assume you mean use it like a mouse. I don't care about that, I would just want it to work for games.

  • where i can buy a USB sensor bar?? and what is the price?

  • I read in the glovepie README that you can use a remote from your tv and press a button and that would do (The infrared stuff)LOL

  • btw founded out you can use your nintendo wii sensor if you dont have one of those thingys ^^

  • Yeah, it's just some LEDs. The one I'm using is one I made myself for my computer, but it's the same thing as the regular one.

  • what about if you dont have one of those sensor bars?

  • It will still work, you just can't use it as a pointer

  • Where can I get that SSB script?

  • well you need the p64 emluator for the pc

  • my sesnor bar didnt work i need someone to tell me how to get 1

  • what is this candles everyone is talking about?

  • actual candles?

  • great video

  • The wiimote light wont stop blinkin. gotten it to work before. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

  • ...ok watever u say

  • I'm sorry that you don't have people who care for you. ;_;

I got it for my Birthday, genius.

  • Yeah, I downloaded GlovePIE and synced my wiimote, but when I run the mouse script, it does nothing. Can you help me out here?

  • would using nyko's wireless sensor bar work too?

  • Yes. The "sensor bar" is a misnomer in case you didn't know already, cuz all it does is provide an infrared light array for the Wiimote's IR sensor/camera to pick up. You can also use candles, the sun...etc. etc. etc.

  • hey mate sorry for calling u fake i believe it now sorry :D

  • If you want to use the Sensor bar from your Wii on your computer, first you have to connect your Wiimote to the computer like I show in the video. Once it's connected, go ahead and turn on the Wii. Move the sensor bar over to your monitor. Voila, instant sensor bar for your computer.

  • ty:)

  • You can. Just connect the Wiimote to the computer, then turn on the wii and position the sensor bar

  • can i use the wii sensor bar?

  • no freakin fair! I don't have a bluetooth adapter and I'm not gonna pay $10 just to use my wiimote on my PC

  • You want cool stuff you, you have to pay for it. $10 isn't really a whole lot of money.

  • when my wiimote connects it says random numbers. wats wrong?

  • think this would work with a mac?

  • my wiimote stops blinking it dosnt carry on and i cant use it for anything

  • I was putting my bluetooth adapter into my USB port and the whole thing fell apart. Cheap piece of crap.

  • i would be killing the people who made that crap

  • whats the bluetooth dongle called reply asap thanks vids awesome btw

  • The one I'm using is the MSI Star-somthing or other. I forget the exact model. Go to Wiili dot com (youtube doesn't let me post links) and there's a page there that lists compatible bluetooth dongles.

  • ok thanks

  • Not only does the "bluetooth setup wizard" button not show up when I highlight the wiimote in my bluetooth places, but when I click what I figure is the equivalent, I click "skip" and nothing happens.

  • Alright, I got it hooked up. The lights are flashing, I can see the green arrows, it's definitely hooked up. Apparently glove PIE isn't seeing it, though. I open glove PIE, open a script, and it doesn't do anything. At first I thought it might be because I'm using 2 flashlights instead of a sensor bar (besides the fact that if I hit the A button it didn't click) but then I saw a script that's supposed to do stuff to the LEDs and it didn't...

How do you tell Glove PIE where to look?

  • Make sure you're connecting right. When you skip the pairing, on the next step you must wait for the type of connection you want to establish. If you just hit Finish it won't connect.

To test it just make a simple script like

    debug = Wiimote.A

then run it and hit the A button and see if it responds.

  • Are you talking about the one that asks for what services you want from it? Because I wait for that...

If not, then there might be something wrong with the bluetooth software or something...

I just know that glove pie isn't seeing it.

  • I answer all of its questions, the process goes normally and it appears connected, but if I run the GlovePIE script that tells me what wiimote is which is says there are none hooked up.

  • ur one smart mthrfuckr

how u make a sensor bar

  • Look up the website Wiili (Youtube doesn't let me post links in the comments). In the forum section of the site there's a whole forum dedicated to making Sensor bars. Go there to check out how people made them. My posts there are under the name amablue.

  • How did you learn how to do all this kind of stuff?

  • the LEDs on the wiimote are flashing the hole time. the wiimote is not working on the computer. on the taskbar, it says:

    "Bluetooth Network

    A network cable is unplugged."

    how do i fix that????????

  • the led's dont stop flashing on mine either

  • i figured it out, you need to set a script on glovepie that changes the leds

  • i tried that befor it didnt work i just changed drivers and i'm all good now

  • what blue tooth stack do you use?? I've been trying on bluesoleile and have had no luck

  • Can you use the Wii sensor bar?

  • yes you can use the real wii sensor bar, but it needs to be plugged in.

you should use candles or something.

  • how do i candles work i'v seen it done but i get no luck

  • they need to be lit.......

  • i know -_-

  • very nice now all i need is a sensor bar for it

  • hmmm if i can do this with my laptop this will be better thn using my keyboard on my walkthroughs. THNX MUCH!

  • if you lower the sensitivity it would be better to navigate web pages

  • CAN anyone tell me where can I get a LED sensoe Bar for my computer

  • simple use candels XD

  • Wiyhout causing a fire-hasard

  • you can make one out of ir leds found in old remotes (tv remotes) and some basic sodoring

  • I don't know where you live but they have been selling wireless sensor bars at Fred Meyers for almost a year.

  • I bought a bluetooth congle and I connected to my wiimote but I ran the glove pie wiimote scripts(the LED show, rumble and others) and nothing happened!

  • make sure you have scripts in the correct format

  • never mind i take that back.

it doesn't work for me either!

  • I love you man this is the best

  • i like how humble u r. people bitch at u calling u a fake and u show this sweet video for all of us that dont no how to do it, thanks a lot man

  • Thats so cool hgow you can play smash bros with Wiimote dident try yet tho.

  • cool,

    but...

where can we get one of these sensor bars?

  • how much would a sensor bar be to build?

  • hey could you please tell me how to make the sensor bar?? and can u tell me what blue tooth you use??

  • all u need to do is go to ur local computer store and just buy a cheap bluetooth adapter any will do find make sure its compatible with ur usb for instance there is 2.0 for the newer computers today or just usb 1.0 for the older computers. to make a wii sensor bar go on tricklife com and search wii sensor bar

  • sry to double post but do you need a script for every project64 game?

  • cool

  • tried that and it didn't work.

  • do you need to make a script to work it?

  • wat do u mean pointer?

  • ... this take long time doing it this vedo that means

it takes long time set up it and reember to do to set up it

  • woo!! Cool! I think Nintendo built it like that on intentionally

  • will you make a video on how u made ur sensor bar?

  • Get 2 lit candles, and point the Wiimote at the candles

  • oh kool wii it work on regular computers?

  • I would like to try this but I dont have a sensor bar or a blue tooth adapter. I heard that some adapters dont work, and Id like to know which one you used to prevent getting one that doesnt work, and are you going to post a tutorial on how you made your sensorbar?

Over all If I had a 3rd hand Id give you three thumbs up.

  • yeah same here

  • awesome but just wondering are you going to be posting anymore vids???

  • wat do u mean by use as a pointer

  • wah a bought two bluettoth adapters and this didnt work.....

  • What adapter? What did you try?

  • Wow, first-person tutorial. : O

Did you build your own Sensor bar?

  • Yup. Some IR LED's, a project box and resistors from RadioShack and a spare USB cord is all it takes.

  • this is awesome, i bought a wii, and now im gonna get a bluetooth adapter woot!!!

  • can you use the normal wii sensor bar?

  • Is the normal wii sensor bar usb? (Don't have a wii)

  • no it has a different type of plug looks like a rectangle with a corner cut out of it.

  • What download on glovepie do you use?

  • Very good. *Favored*

  • Awesome.... Nice tutorial... Works Great!

  • rct2: Look at one of his previous videos it has a link to the scripts (I forgot which video)

BTW: I have a Flash game working with the WiiMote in NES style control =)

  • This... looks awesome... I so want to do this, but it'll cost me some money... Can I get those scripts some how?

  • Hahah, I saw the Bluetooth adapter you're using at RadioShack.

    ...For 40 dollars...

  • It couldn't have been the one I have, RadioShack doesn't carry MSI. Even though I'm a RadioShack employee, the stuff there is a ripoff. Buy from newegg.

  • Although I can't bring a direct image from the store I went to, I'll just bring up what you have to search for on RadioShack. It looked similar with the little cap and all, but with all the confusing technology these days, you never know.

Just search Bluespoon USB Dongle on Radioshack. it should come up with only one item.

And I'll try looking at Newegg, seeing as you're enforcing it's better prices. :)

  • u can tell its fake project 64 isnt auto configured lol

  • I set up P64 before hand. It's not like it forgets the settings every time.

  • evanspice said :

    most annoying voice ever

dont make of the mans voice man i beat you sound like a girl man.

  • Your voice would sound just as bad on a digital camera like that. =P

  • I wouldn't mind playing Golden Eye or Perfect Dark with the Wii Remote.

  • Easier than I thought...lol....

Now I just have to go to the nearest store and find a Blue Tooth Dongle X_X

  • Also think of the posiblities!

You can (If your good at flash) Example: Create a flash game then build the WiiMote-Hack around it and create your own Wii game :D
