There are advances in science on this issue. we can actualy use emisions to produce plastics, tires, and other products. We can make more money on products, without harming the envirionmetn, and giving people jobs! Emisions from smoke stacks can be used, and also can make a product. The infrastructure is there, and set up. All we need to do.. Is change up smoke stacks, and supply our nation with plastics, and rubber. So that would also reduce our independence on foreing oil. We can also drill!
