  • I cant saý I know much about martial arts though Id like to hear what people say about my comment. I think that these jumps and stuff are unnecessary in a fight, except for entertainment (maybe). Anyway, Isnt it true that if these people would train on straight good controlled and strong/fast kicks they would be ahead in a fight? I mean, instead o wasting time on these tricks, train straightforward basic kicks and the effect doubles? Even the stamina will be great compared to a 10 sec trick?

  • @Seunlau These guys would have already trained on those "basics" so much that they would be down to muscle memory and would be very effective on the street - but wouldn't really be that flashy to show off. This stuff is what they do when they have reached a high level and want to perform merely for the love of doing tkd/tricks. When you are so advanced at the art, why not have fun with the sport :)

  • @AlchemyInLove nice comment

  • super jaime bien!

  • I HAVE A QUESTION : is this WTF or ITF?

  • WOAAAAW!!!....impressionnant!!...

  • Good for you dumbass

  • those guys would bust your skull before you knew it

  • When Taekwondo was formed two Moo Duk Kwon masters joined with Gen Choi. SO there are TKD schools with Moo Duk Kwon lineage as well.

  • I've watched this video a few time and I'm amazed. Honestly I wish but I could never do anything like that.

  • wow this guy is pretty damn good

  • loko

  • GO NORTH KOREA LMAO

  • I fully understand what you said armando, and I agree with u that TKD is a traditional art. I wasnt trying to dispute that fact in anyway.

  • Tang Soo Do/Moo Duk Kwan has always been a traditional art, as our styles grandmaster refused to allow sport elements into his art.

  • Maybe so, but Tang Soo Do is a traditional art. it has never been, nor will it ever be a sport in anyway like TKD. I wasnt implying that TKD wasnt as good as Tang Soo DO/Moo Duk Kwan, as it is, and I am fuuly aware of it's usefulness in a self defense situation, in fact one of my all time favorite martial artists is a TKD master( Grandmaster Hee Il Cho). I mean not harm by what I said, I was merely stating my opinion.

  • wut a pathetic argument

  • I swear arguin with this guy is like an adult arguin with a child. he's a idiot, and if he's not careful, he's goin to see a whole new side of me, up close and in person. I am not honoring my teacher's memory by arguin with him, and insultin him as I do, so I will stop, and ignore him from now on.

ktigers never got a new captain

shin min cheol just went to the army and is there for 2 years

vice captain lee jung soo is taking his place while he's gone right now

  • My teacher's teacher is former member/captain of the korean tiger's demo team.I had the opportunity to see these guys in action at one of their demos. These guys are the real deal, and they are the best of the best. Much love to South Korea. Tang Soo!!!!

  • Haha youre probably a korean living america

  • Actually, I'm nowhere near Korean buddy, I'm black. I lived there for a few years with my teacher, who is 100% Korean. Long enough to become fluent in the language, and the history of Korea and the history of the Korean martial arts. One does not have to be a native of the country his or her chosen art is from to be good at it, or to know the history of the arts that originated from it.

  • You seem like you're braggin off, but i dont find it annoying. Actually, i didnt mean to hurt your feelings or somethin, but i get your point.

And FYI, I am pure Korean and i gotta admit that you seem like you love Korea more than I do, which made me feel both proud and ashamed.

Thanks. and my name's Nicky by the way.

    In Korean, Nam Gun Woo.

Oh ya you understand korean right?

    남건우-this is my name haha

Next time when you my comment, try to speak to me in korean.

  • You sound like one of those ignorant bastards that foolishly believe that you have to be Asian to be good at a martial art. I'm here to tell you, that if you think that, you thought wrong. I'm not Asian, I'm black, and I guarantee I could kick your ass any day, any time, or any place. Why? because I train just as hard if not harder than they do in Korea. My martial arts training is just as much mental, as it is physical, just like you guys do it over there. I train 6 days a week, 5 hrs a day.

  • And for your information, I have a dual citizenship. I am a citizen of the United States of America, as I was born here, and I am also a citizen of South Korea. I probably know more about the history of the Korean penninsula, and the Korean martial arts than most Koreans do, or are taught in school. "USA" is in my screen name as a sign of respect to the country of my birth, and ' South Korea" is there as a sign of respect for the country of my chosen art. Hence the name"USASouthKorea"

  • My teacher helped me attain my Korean citizenship a few years before he passed away. Why dont you try getting to know me before you judge me buddy, as I guarantee you, I make a better friend, than an enemy. Ask any one who has ever fought me. The majority of my friends are former enemies of mine. Not trying to brag, but I do what i have to do, when I have to, as I hate fighting, and it is ALWAYS the last resort for me.

  • Now that you have attained Korean citizenship and is a good student of TKD, learn to be humble.

  • I'm am not a TKD student, just so you know, Im a Tang Soo Do( Moo Duk Kwan) student. Trust me, Tang Soo Do is different than TKD,I won't say better, as I personally believe that there is no one art better than another, and we can learn from each other. But as I said, we are WAY different than TKD, as Tang Soo Do is a traditional art, as TKD is more sports oriented, hence the fact that it is one of two arts seen in the olympics( Judo is the other).

  • I dont have to learn to be humble, when I already am, more than you know. I have Zero tolerance for shit talkers, especially when I didnt start with that person. He started with me, and if he's not careful, he'll bite off more than he can chew, trust me. He's a idiot, who picked online fight with me, because of my screen name, and because he's one of those ignorant bastards that foolishly thinks one has to be Asian to be good at a martial art. I will just ignore him from now on.
