I like all the parts played, it has a nice feel to it in general. I like the variation you provided. I only think you should reconsider some arrangement decisions. The orchestral part that comes in at 0:10 sound like a transition or perhaps a second variation to the hook. It sounds like some sort of climax if you will. A better distinction between the choruses and verses would make this one shine. I think you have more talent than you think you have. Great job.

Yeah, arrangements are important as is structure. If something sounds out of place. Or premature. It makes the project seem messy. Flip some parts around and the transition between them will be clearer. He'll figure it out I'm sure.
