i got the dm3 with the neo x2core 512 video 4 gigs ram, 320gig hd. and i love love love it! its faster then my desktop was (i was trying to replace my desktop with a faster moble) i dont expect to play crysis or ne rediculas games on this thing, but i do like to play ut2004 on it at max settings it runs high frame rates with zero stuttering, i am bout to instal quake4 and see how it handles that. w7 feels very quick on this system, streaming and HD videos playback perfectly i love this laptop!!

the neo chip, its 64bit, 2core @1.6ghz

the video card is what is really nice about this setup, 512megs is nice to have on a laptop. its not the fastest 512 video but still provides smooth HD video playback and high frame rates when light gaming - ut04, quake4, cs, crossfire, wow, ect all run at high framerates with max settings

tis a nice thin entertainment laptop but it was too heavy for portability for me....Dell has a new Vostro v13 thats is even thinner and lighter for the same price but its more for business than entertainment.

HP "z" products use AMD processors and "t" use Intel processors. Since there is a big sticker on the box that says AMD, this is a dm3z

The Intel processors will give slightly better battery life, but it will cost about $100 more.

What's better is preference and how much you want to spend.

im having to major problems with my dm3....my speakers crackle. and when it goes to sleep and when it wakes up the mouse doesnt work and i have to tab over and manually restart the computer. BTW- do not buy this computer with this chip. make sure you upgrade to the intel sp9300..otherwise its a really slow laptop..
