Actually, Conservative = Pro Choice. Leave major decisions up to the people.

It's a bottom tier issue, anyways. Shouldn't you be at church, home schooling your 12 kids (remember that premarital sex after youth group), or living in the dark ages instead of being on youtube? There's no such thing as "partial-birth abortion;" that is literally not a medical term. Moreover, "intact dilation and extraction" is not elective; it's only performed in medical emergencies (as determined by doctors).  RidetheRapid is right; even if it did exist - it's already banned at the federal level. I would think that someone like Juli, who - as a conservative - is concerned about wasteful government spending, would frown upon meaningless political gestures like the state PBA law.

Why does it matter? Partial birth abortion is already outlawed at the federal level and the Supreme Court did the correct thing and upheld the law. It's already illegal to practice it.

Precisely. It's a hollow bill that will change absolutely nothing. People bemoan legislatures wasting the people's time yet want them to spend time on issues like this.
