What I love about this is how Jesus totally turns around Saul's crusade of arresting and killing into a crusade of love. It doesn't matter that he converted Saul/Paul to Christianity; what matters is his conversion from hate to love.
I, for one, do not fall victim to Paul's misguided teachings.

The Bible does teach the trinity. the word trinity is not used but it is our best way to describe the relationship of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

He makes it a matter of how you understand something that makes it permissible or forbidden As example in Sauls letters to the Romans: I know and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself; but it is unclean for anyone who thinks it unclean )Romans 14:14).

Christ said beware of the leaven (doctrine) of the Pharisees but do we heed that warning? You are right he should know better but isn't this teaching against the Most High:

Give none offence neither to the Jews nor to the Gentiles nor to the church of God
Even as I please all men in all things not seeking mine own profit but the profit of many that they may be saved.
