Anna Faris's character was no victim in that scene. She was well aware of the alcohol and drugs she took during the date; during the sex afterward, after he asked if she was okay, she ordered him to keep at it.

Date rape is no laughing matter, but the scene in Observe and Report wasn't a depiction of date rape. When rendering criticism, Feministing would do well to actually pay attention to the movie she watches.
