South Africa is a more extreme example of that priority policy and I would not condone it, but if its fair and equitable then why not

@ITankEmosRS I guess you have a point there and it's good to see that you are as much against racism as I am, there should be no room for it in this time and age that we live in now where everyone is interconnected and intertwined in their daily interactions...some priority can be given to the English since it is their country after all, I think that is fair, but a priority policy that would not alienate or discriminate against the other ethnic minorities is the way to go...fair and square :)

@mackat4ck no I disagree with you on that one. like I said in my last comment, having in place a priority policy that is not discriminatory to the other ethnic groups but keeps the status quo balanced ever so slightly is a fair policy implementation to me, but it has to be done in a way that does not disadvantage the immigrants and foreign workers in that country. South Africa is a more extreme example of that priority policy and I would not condone it, but if its fair and equitable then why not

The reason is, because it would not be fair to those who are possibly better suited to a job, to be excluded based on their ethnic background. It is the thin edge of a wedge that we are playing with and could lead to a South Africa type situation. I am aware that some people refuse to employ white British people because of stereotypes that they are all won't works. This is still discrimination. (part 1)
