Is that the Crow Lake fire tower? I have always wondered how people managed to get up the tower now that the lower part of the ladder was removed. Did they just leave it on the ground and you can then just prop it up?

That IS in fact the crow lake fire tower. If you look closely, there is quite the gap in the ladder. It is usually locked on the ground, but we found it unlocked and proped it up. Unreal view. Glad you liked the video. That was my first trip to Ontario. My buddy in the video worked at the Portage Store on Canoe lake and invited me out. Easily one of the best camping trips I've been on
