I guess you are a young teenager who wants attention because your mom and pop have to work double shifts and they are drunk most of the time. I'm sorry for you. But get some help from a school counceller, or psychologist. Just start talking to someone you respect and get advice.

@qbe9584 I respect your argument. Its impossible to make all the precise points in a few lines, but this is not an academic argument. In short, people's lives are at stake because of hate. So while "bad arguments" can be "illuminating", we can't allow people to incite violence because of someone's religion or skin colour, or gender. Just like its not allowed to yell "fire" in a crowded theater.

@qbe9584 The matter is simple. If you are discriminated against, you can use human rights legislation to have it stopped. Simple. Doesn't matter if you are a Huguenot or French, or English. Human rights legislation is to help restore equality. It depends on reason and evidence, just like any other statute or law. Under tyrants it can be misused as can anything else. That is why democracy is so important. In order to have democracy, we need freedom. Yelling fire is not freedom. Nor is racist slur
