  • @MrCheese98765 For several reasons... some of which are genetic... some of which can be addressed in training (thru strengthening the hamstrings/glutes, improving mobility in the ankles/hip, working on proper deceleration / landing / cutting / footwork, etc.).

  • Should these be implemented into the warmup or after a workout?

  • @chasindreams2 It should all be fused together. If you are smart, you will incorporate this stuff into your warm-up and workout!
