@jedithephenom What are you LOLing at? Primo did produce this... Check the 0:22 mark...Or hell this is the internet era check Primo's discography on his wikipedia page..check your history youngin!
@JimBrownski hahah @ .22 mark. As I check my ORIGINAL cd/Vinyl and cassette tape, and not some mark on the song OR some wikipedia page (rofl) it clearly states that it was produced by Uneek for Eycerurokk. So ya youngin, instead of using ur internet connection, go out and buy something lol
@jedithephenom co-sign, my vinyl & cd say the same, produced by uneek. but i think the confusion comes from the fact premier did the cuts on this track.
There will be no tomorrow\You'll feel sorrow\I'm knockin' niggas down like Mark Bavaro........Rap in a time when similies and metaphors were more relevant......Damn I miss this shit!!!!
From the era when videos were just a shitload of MCs rapping in hoodies and throwing hands at the camera. No stupid ass jewelry displays (this is hip-hop not Home Shopping Network). No random females in thongs.
Oh yeah, and this is also back when beats were still grounded in Afro-American music history (funk, jazz, and early hip-hop sampled) and lyrics were tight as hell.
@indoguju I would go 1988-1997, but I get the point. Some say when Yo MTV raps was on and Rap City the Bassment was ill. Don't want to sound old and out of touch, but you had so many different styles to get airplay instead of illuminati pushed artists with Illuminati agenda and sound like today.
@classof77 hahaha Im assuming that youre white ... thats a pretty "this should fit into this box because I said so" way to see hip-hop in general & to try to explain a whole culture that you dont really understand lol..also, whites seem to take something they ike & somehow they always have to talk about what they hate to justify why they like what they like...hating isnt hiphop...all that "my taste in music is better than yours" segregative, elitest attitude is very white & not hip-hop at all..
I got that tape as a promo from a college radio station (103.5 WCCH outta Holyoke MA )and it was white. Then my cheap ass walkman ate it a week later. The second time I bought it, it was Yellow see-thru... I still have it.
