every one knows, the eastern block did not go into war against the western block because of the existance on nukes, it means nuclear winter, thats why they did not fight, other than just look how the US invaded iraq, granada, veitnam etc, russia occupying or invading such as georgia chychnia Caucas or the japanese sakhalin islands etc.
wars not stop, but unfortunaly WW3 is not an option any more.
