Before that it was Julian Knight responsible for the Hoddle St massacre. After that gun laws were tightened and that was the last mass shooting. In regards to the evidence - only a few crime scenes ever get the CSI television treatment. Most of the time they just do a walkthrough, grab a few things, and move on. There aren't enough resources to do a full forensic investigation to every crime.

WTF? I've done crime scene clean up, and in most states it is mandatory to have qualified people doing the cleaning. Maintenance personel are not qualified to do that type of cleaning, It is extreamly dangerous and takes special training and equiptment.

The landlord isnt a "dick" as someone stated.. he is beyond that. He is literally putting his employees life in danger and should be arrested. And the employee should have refused!!!
