It's not impossible that it is Obito now. In one of the recent chapters, they revealed that the power of Madara's sharingan was to control the space-time continuum. This is the exact power that Kakashi's sharingan has, which is Obito's eye. That and the fact the side of his mask where Obito lost his eye doesn't have an eye hole.

i made some suggestions about all the MS in Naruto...
I think Kakashis eye doesn't bleed because his MS is already an eternal one because he transplantated it from Obito...
That would also explain why he can use a diffrent technique than itachi and sasuke:
The Kamui
With the Kamui you can explain Madaras vanishing technique... so maybe the Kamui is an ability of the EMS
How Kakashi got his MS I still dunno^^

You can get Mangekyou sharingan by taking or stealing an Uchiha with sharingan

With that, you will only achieve a normal first stage Sharingan.
It is still UNKNOWN as to how Kakashi has managed to achieve Managekyou Sharingan.

thats quite true however 1 chidori is nothing to kakashi these days, he used 3 riakiris, raiton bushin and wolf, then sed he had half chakra left. im estimating he can do about 10 in part 2

he seems to be able to move at the speed of light..and its diff from yondaime's flying thunder god..which do not need a ninja formula to bodyflick..no seal also..all tobi needs is use his eyes and everything around him just whirl in like kakashi's attack when he aim at deidara

when deidara first joined akatsuki the first thing that happened was that deidara acted all tough and cool. He even tried using his clay jutsu, only to be caught in Itachi's genjutsu from the very beginning.

1GookSTAH,by copy-ninja they refer to the capability to copy and steal a jutsu,not to steal an entire eye.The ability to use the mangekyou sharingan is only obtainable by individual work,you cannot simply steal an eye technique level from someone else.

its something like he gets the sharingan eye off his best friend that gets crushed by a bolder, and coz he saw someone close to him die it unlocks mangekyou sharingan. thats what ive been told so may or maynot be true

Kakashi didnt copy Itachi's mangekyou he obtained the sharingan from a friend and then he believed it was his fault the friend died so thus he believed he killed his friend and got the Mangekyou Sharingan

itachi had his sharingan surgicly put in there he concertrated his chakra to the sharingan and it formed a new and it was already at the max stage so if he pushed it to 1 more limit he would have the mangekyou sharingan
