@FluffbearRCT It's very complicated with lots of micromanagement, I guess. The main thing that really irks me is the traffic management - it seems like unless I make every single road a damn highway there will always be serious traffic problems D: maybe that's realistic though, I mean, look at London.

with the success of Simcity Deluxe on the iPhone/iPod Touch and soon the iPad (which brings back the classic simcity gameplay and the look and feel of simcity 4) it is highly likely that EA is working on a true successor to SimCity 4. societies was a huge failure and with that they learned not to change something that fans/customers love. we will see SimCity 5 and it will be way better than this crap.

I recieved my Cities XL 2011 yesterday. This version is really much better than the 2009 version.

Cities xl was an abomination of a city building game, even without comparing it to Sim city. I really only liked the graphics and the ability to create good looking cities, the gameplay and mechanics though were horrible. However it looks like they are improving quite a bit in this version, I may just check it out myself.

Also, wenn 2011 ein fertiges Produkt ist, was auch alles hat, was man von ner Städtesimulation erwartet, z.b. Bus & Bahn, und man nicht wieder auf die Schiene geht, dass man nur nen vollwertiges Spiel hat, wo man sich 1000 Sachen kostenpflichtig runterladen muss, kaufe ich es mir. Ansonsten:No -go!
