@Schizophrenia222 well yea now we all have rocksmith and our NICE realtars, BUT i was still the first person in the country rockin one of these damn things, that i havent touched in months by the way but iit was groudbreaking technology made affordable, but as far as tar games go nothing beats rocksmith with my les paul custom =)

@MasianGaming That's not to say Squiers can't be good for something though. I started with one, and though I almost never use it, I'm thankful I still have it because it got me started and where I am today... Well guitar hero actually did, but as far as playing the real deal, my Squier Sunburst strat got me here :) Which also contributes my liking towards Fender Guitars..... speaking of which, I gotta get me a Fender Tele someday haha

@MasianGaming Guitars aren't cheap in General. my Tradition S-200 Gold Top (in the style of a Les Paul btw), is probably at least 500 or so dollars. Squiers usually run around 150-300 dollars anyway. Even a Squier Telecaster can run to 500 dollars. But if you're going to start with real guitar, then you want a Squier, or an Epiphone of the sort, pretty much a starters guitar. Coming from a guitarist of over a year or two BEFORE! Rock Band 3

@MasianGaming If you're only getting it for the game, you might as well just stick to you're Rock Band 2 guitar. You must not own any or play the guitar, Squier is a Subsidiary company of Fender which is considered the one of the top American guitar maker.

Fender wouldn't produce crap if they knew they would get massive revenues from the product. If you think the guitar in this vid is cheap you should pay attention and notice that he has the sound muffler on.

@WhorrorPrincess string locker as in the mute pad? yes it prevents ghost strums etc, stringlocker as in locking nut No. Not needed, first it doesnt have a whammy bar tremolo, 2nd when playing rockband it uses the same midi technology as the mustang e.g. the pickup doesnt read vibration as tone, its basis for the midi output is finger position and string plucked, if using as a midi control on a PC midi out is also based on the internal tilt sensor used in rb3 for overdrive...

@TICSS800 sadly??!??? ok dude think of it this way, fender made this a guitar/midi guitar/rockband guitar, its universal, the cost would be wayyyyyyy more than $300 if they had to make it for each individual system and they would also be FURTHER behind schedule, and i like the fact that if my buddy has an xbox and i want to play over there i dont need spend another $300 i can unplug my ps3adapter and plugin an xbox adapter BAM~! sys hop in a heartbeat, also Mpro has setting for drum and keys...
