Lol, anyone who sucks at fallout 3 has obviously never played one videogame in their life. The game is so fucking easy, even at very hard, the game is level scaled, hence the higher difficulty is pointless. Fallout 3 = one of the most boring games of all time.

All Fallout 3 is is a simple, dumbed down FPS while you believe it is a hybrid, because Bethesda says so. You want to play a Hybrid? Go back to 1996, back to System Shock 2.
