I suppose we should be thankful they didn't split the job into 3 posts, 1 for equality, 1 for diversity and 1 for human rights.
These civil servants need to realise that H.M. Treasury is bankrupted, & just because they're on the government tax eating payroll it doesn't make them a privileged group that's entitled to an cushier life than the rest of the tax paying public working in the private sector that actually generates the wealth that funds their pay packets.
Maybe if they got rid of some of these non-jobs:

Secondly, pensions are stupid. I'd rather just extra cash in my paycheck. I'll worry about saving it myself.
